My deepest sympathy goes out to you the Johnson family, as you struggle through the grief and sadness of losing a loved one. God says at 1 Corinthians 15:26 that...."the last enemy death, is to be brought to nothing. " May you find comfort in this promise.

We were sadden to learn of the passing of Marilyn. We, at the Society, always enjoyed her visits and learning of her connection with our city historian, Dale Shaffer. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. If we can do anything during your visit to Salem, please let us know.

We are very sorry to learn of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. So many fond memories of Mrs. Johnson, such a nice, interesting person. As the years went by our visits to the valley became more infrequent. It was always a great pleasure to see your mom and reflect on old times.
