Gayla, my prayers are with you and your family during this sad time as you say "good bye" to your mom. You were such a blessing to me on the day of my mom's funeral. I just wish I could be doing the same for you right now. I have such good memories during our growing up years of being at your house, playing or spending the night. You mom always treated me like one of her own, and that made me feel welcome. I pray you will feel God's presence and peace on you during this time. We would like to extend our most sincere sympathy to Betty's family. She was a wonderful, sweet, kind hearted lady. I always loved the cookies she gave us every Christmas and Betty would buy me a new Danielle Steel book every year for Christmas. She would call me at the office just to see how I was doing.
