Wilma J. "Pete" Bell

Wilma J. “Pete” Bell, 93, of New Alexandria, OH, passed away Monday February 10, 2020 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.  

She was born September 28, 1926 in Wellsburg, WV, a daughter of the late William “Pud” and Effie (Tweedy) Maple. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. “Nick” Bell; a brother, William Maple; and four sisters, Virginia Madison, Jean Randolph, Doris Maple and Alice Brown.

Wilma was a homemaker.

Surviving are five children, Danny (Debbie) Bell and Kathy (Curt) Peterson both of New Alexandria, OH, James Bell and his companion Michelle Baldwin of Brilliant, OH, Tammy Long and Brian (Joey) Bell both of New Alexandria, OH; a sister, Marion “Midge” (Art) Cozza of East Palestine, OH; ten grandchildren, Chad (Carrie) Bell, Shannon Bell, Kurt Peterson and his fiancé Taylor Hill, Jimmy Bell and his fiancé Ashley Pietrangelo, Kara Heck and her fiancé Josh Byard, Brandon Long, Michele Binger, Jacob Long, Courtney (Barry) Vargo and Preslie (Tyler) Richardson; nine great-grandchildren,  Caitlyn (Chet) Hakes, Cale Hillard, Colton Hillard, Cali Heck, Gabrielle Ruiz, Riley Bell, Brantley Long, Adalee Vargo and Everly Richardson; six great-great-grandchildren, Jacob, Payton, Ella, Riley, Nolan and Saige; several nieces and nephews; and her fur babies, Scooby and Mario.

In following with Pete’s request there will be no services.
