Thomasine Flowers Obituary

Thomasine M. Flowers, 77, of Perry, OH, formerly of Mingo Junction, Ohio passed away Sunday November 10, 2019 at the home of her daughter Lori.

She was born July 3, 1942 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Dominick and Edith (Campana) Vallis. In addition to her parents, she was proceded in death by her son, Anthony Flowers.

Thomasine was a retired from the former Hub Department Store where she worked in the sportswear and infant departments. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church and also the former Annunciation Church in Mingo. Thomasine loved shopping, working on puzzles and spending time with her family.

Surviving are a daughter, Lori (Rob) Jefferson of Perry, Ohio; a sister, Barbara (Gary) Hauck of Mingo Junction, OH; a grandson, Matthew Blackett; a nephew, Brandon (Jean) Hauck; a niece, Leigh Ann (Brian) Krager; and five great-nieces and nephews, Ava, Evan and David Hauck and Layla and Olivia Krager.    

Friends will be received at the First Westminster Presbyterian Church on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral services at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Jason Elliott officiating. Private entombment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville, OH.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the First Westminster Presbyterian Church, 235 N. 4th St., Steubenville, OH 43952.
