Rodney D Barcalow

Rodney D. Barcalow, 68, of Pickerington, OH passed away Monday September 16, 2024 at home.

He was born June 3, 1956 in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late Gerald and Dolores “Dee” (Davidson) Barcalow. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, SSG Mark Waltz, Gerald “Wayne” Barcalow and Aaron Barcalow.

Rodney retired from Alliance Data. He enjoyed music, live concerts and watching football, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Surviving are his wife, Renee (Cowles) Mardis-Barcalow, whom he married June 7, 2008; an son, Colton Barcalow of Columbus, OH; a daughter, Katie (Ted) Piteo of Oregon; two brothers, Keith (Sharon) Barcalow of New Cumberland, WV and Jay (Leighanna) Barcalow of Riverview, FL; and his first granddaughter is expected in October 2024.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday October 2nd at Noon at Oakland Cemetery in Mingo Junction, OH
