Jean Ann Gampolo

Jean Ann Gampolo, 78, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Wednesday August 24, 2022 at Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.

She was born July 17, 1944 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Robert T. and Jean A. (Doyle) Coen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Robert Gampolo.

She was a lifetime resident of the area and loved to play bingo, roller skate and do crafts. She also had a love for music, especially Elvis Presley.  

Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Lawrence Gampolo; her siblings, Patrick (Tammy) Coen, Mary (David) Hray, Joseph (Diane) Coen and Catherine Scott; a granddaughter, Candice; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held at Wheeler Funeral Home and burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
