William 'Alan' Bickerstaff, 65, of Wintersville, OH, passed away unexpectedly Sunday March 8, 2026 at home.

He was born June 24, 1960, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late William J. and Cora I. (Welling) Bickerstaff. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert E. "Bob" Bickerstaff.

Alan loved spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

Surviving are three siblings, Gary (Cindy) Bickerstaff of Rayland, OH, Juanita Lewis of Wintersville, OH and Kathy (John) Ault of Wintersville, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
