Victoria Ann "Tori" Moffo, 24, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Saturday March 25, 2023 in Smithfield, OH.

She was born November 28, 1998 in Pittsburgh, PA. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, George Moffo; and maternal grandfather, Timothy Marino.

Victoria attended Buckeye Local High School and graduated from Harrison Central in 2017. She worked at many places in the area, some of which include working as a hostess at the Ville Restaurant in Steubenville, OH; a trucking company in Pittsburgh where she cleaned tankers; delivering packages for Amazon all over the Pittsburgh Area; and most recently she was a laborer at a coal mine in Washington, PA. Tori loved daisy's, sunflowers, bees, birds, frogs and Star Wars.

She is survived by her mother, Veronica Marino of New Alexandria, OH; her father, Thomas Moffo of New Alexandria, OH; her siblings, Monica Moffo of Wintersville, OH and Joshua Moffo of Dayton, OH; her niece, Amelia Moffo; her maternal grandmother, Donna Marino of Wintersville, OH; her paternal grandmother, Daunna Moffo of New Alexandria, OH; and her maternal step-grandfather, Rick Wine of Brilliant, OH.

Friends are invited to celebrate her life at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant on Saturday April 1st from 4-7 p.m.
