Vicki Jo Orban (Quaigg), 65, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Tuesday May 9, 2023 in the emergency room at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV.

She was born March 15, 1958 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Harry L. and Florence C. "Flo" (McAdams) Orban, Sr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Nanette Minor; and a brother, Harry Orban, Jr.

Vicki Jo was a homemaker and graduated from Mingo High School in 1976. She loved dirt track racing. As a final gift, Vicki Jo was a tissue donor.

Surviving are her best friend and soulmate, Jim Quaigg; two children, Alisa Orban and Justin Orban, OH; a brother, David Orban; and a granddaughter, Clarenda Orban, all of Mingo Junction, OH.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, OH on Friday from 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Her funeral service will take place at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Herb Fletcher, officiating.
