Vicki L. Brandon, 59, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2020 in the emergency room at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

She was born July 28, 1961 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of Albert F. and Alice L. (Loobey) Brandon of New Alexandria, OH.

Vicki previously worked for the State of Ohio Compensation Department and she also worked in Dr. Capito's office. She was a member of Kolmont Community Church.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Wade (Tracy) Brandon; a nephew, Connor Brandon; a niece, Rachel Brandon all of Streetsboro, OH; and her companion Chuck Bell of Mingo Junction, OH.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St. Brilliant, OH on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of her funeral service at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Herb Fletcher, officiating. Private interment at New Alexandria Cemetery.
