Obituary
Vernon D. "Vern" Madison, 57, of Brilliant, Ohio passed away Sunday April 30, 2017, at Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, Ohio.
Surviving are his fiancé Chyral Inman of Brilliant; a brother; and four sisters.
In following with Vern's wishes there will be no services.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Valley Hospice, Inc.
Arrangements were entrusted to Wheeler Funeral Homes.
