Obituary
Toni A. Hatcher, 73, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Thursday March 18, 2021 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH.
She was born May 2, 1947 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late James H. and Evelyn A. (Gamble) Frisco, Jr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray O. Hatcher in 2002; and her dog, Precious.
Toni was a retired secretary/dispatcher at Anthony Mining. She was also a member of the New Alexandria Methodist Church.
Surviving are her fiancé, Willis Calhoun of Mingo Junction, OH; a sister, Jane (William) Cross, Jr. of Wellsburg, WV; two nephews, Bill (Carrie) Cross and Nick (Amy) Cross, both of Wellsburg, WV; and four great-nieces.
In following with Toni's wishes there will be no services. Private burial at New Alexandria Cemetery.
