Tina M. Doty, 57, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Saturday January 7, 2023 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

She was born Nov. 23, 1965 in Hampton, SC, a daughter of the late Charles and Hilda (Heath) Cowser. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Cowser.

Tina was a Telemarketer and enjoyed crafting, painting and watching the birds.

Surviving are her companion, Doug Smith of Brilliant, OH; two children, Daniel Doty and Leeann (Steven) Holden; a step-son, Bud Doty, all of Alabama; two brothers, Charles (Lisa) Cowser of Steubenville, OH and Tony (Cheryl) Cowser of Palm Springs, Florida; a close cousin, Cindy Cowser of Wintersville, OH; and six grandchildren.

In following with Tina's wishes there will be no services.

Arrangements were entrusted to Wheeler Funeral Home, Mingo.
