Thomas E. Westfall, 46, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Saturday June 10, 2017 in the emergency room at Trinity West in Steubenville, Ohio.

He was born July 7, 1970 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Robert L. Westfall, Sr. and Terry I. (Fluharty) Westfall of Brilliant, Ohio.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents; an aunt and uncle, Amy & Jack Grimes; two uncles, Lee and Russell Fluharty; and a cousin, Jackie Grimes.

Tom graduated from Buckeye North High School in 1989; he got his associates degree in Auto Technologies, with a minor in Business Management from Vale Tech in PA. He was a member and past Master of the Steubenville Masonic Lodge #45 F & A.M.; he was a 32nd Degree member of Scottish Rite. Tom was also very proud to be the assistant coach of his son Masons' T-Ball team the Brilliant Panthers.

In addition to his mom Terry, surviving are his wife, Jo Elle (Anderson) Westfall, whom he married on Aug. 1, 1997; two sons, Andrew Westfall and Mason Westfall, both of the home; a brother, Robert L. Westfall, Jr. of Brilliant, OH; two sisters, Mary Kathleen (Don) Martin of Brilliant, OH and Jane Ann Faldowski of Adena, OH; a niece, Amber (Tom) Ott; two nephews, RJ Faldowski and Anthony (Katelyn) Faldowski; two great-nieces, Kaylee Dunlap and Hannah Faldowski; and a great-nephew, Raiffe Dunlap.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Masonic Services will take place at 2:00 p.m. and funeral services by Dr. Marc R. Tinstman, Minister will follow. Private interment at New Alexandria Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Wheeler Funeral Home to help the family with his funeral expenses.
