Thelma M. Morgan, 90, of Mingo Junction, OH passed away Thursday January 19, 2017 at the home of her sons.

She was born January 15, 1927 in New Alexandria, Ohio, a daughter of the late Earvy and Marie (Bucy) Roe. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by six brothers, William, Paul, Merle, Leroy, Wayne and Glenn Roe; and three sisters, Owney Roe, Gertrude Vergitz and Elaine Diekmann.

Thelma was a homemaker and Methodist by Faith.

Surviving are four sons, Tom Morgan, Tim (Martha) Morgan, Jim Morgan and Heath Morgan, all of New Alexandria, OH; a brother, Doc (Carol) Roe of New Alexandria, OH; three sisters, Patty Beckett of Hopedale, OH, Polly Verhovic and Lenora Starcher, both of New Alexandria, OH; four grandchildren, Timmy, Tina and Matt Morgan and Aaron Hickle; four great-grandchildren, Cory (Cynthia) Morgan, Jesse Risdon, and Tessa and Gauge Morgan; and two great-great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Victor Singer.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral services at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Mike Renforth, officiating. Interment will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery.
