Terry Lynn "Nana" Kirkpatrick, 71, of Greenville, SC, formerly of Steubenville, OH passed away on August 9, 2016, at Elizabeth Hospice House in Flat Rock, NC.

She was born on February 28, 1945 in Glendale/Moundsville, WV, a daughter of the late Willis H and Helen R. (Ward) Spoon.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee G Kirkpatrick.

Terry was retired nurse and member of the Wintersville Baptist Temple where she was an organist and a teacher at the Wintersville Christian Academy.  In her free time, she enjoyed bowling, watching sports, and spending time with her family.

Surviving are two sons, Chris (Kristi) Kirkpatrick of New Alexandria, OH and Jeffrey Kirkpatrick of Mansfield, OH; two daughters, Jennifer (Chris) Nordstrom of Cincinnati, OH and Rebecca (Jack) Miracle of Travelers Rest, SC.; ten grandchildren, Sydnee and Cooper Kirkpatrick of New Alexandria; Jessica, Megan, April Kirkpatrick of Mansfield; Erin and Ethan of Cincinnati; Riley, Jackson, Molly of Travelers Rest; one brother, Jeffrey (Roxanne) Spoon of Martinsburg, WV; one sister, Janna (David) Obeldobel of Weirton, WV and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, September 17, 2016, at 2 pm in honor of Terry's life at Colonial Baptist Church, 201 Gumps Lane, Wintersville, OH with Pastor Randy Sells officiating.
