Teresa L. Ellis, 52, of Steubenville, OH, passed away suddenly Saturday January 12, 2019 at home.

She was born March 18, 1966 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of Frank E. (Olga) Ellis, Jr. of Howard, OH and Flora (Morgan) Ellis of Brilliant, OH.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Amber McGuire-Ellis; a son, Justin McGuire; her paternal grandparents; Frank and Jenny Ellis, Sr.; and her maternal grandmother, Alma Morgan.

Teresa was a retired waitress working at both the former Italian Oven and Elby's restaurants.

In addition to her parents she is survived by a daughter, Summer (Matt) Earle of Greensburg, PA; a son, Jeremy Patton of Mingo Junction, OH; two sisters, Jennifer Ellis of Columbus, OH and Saundra Ellis of Rayland, OH; and a brother, Robert Ellis of Florida; a grandson, Tommy Veltri; and one grandchild on the way.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, on Wednesday January 16th from 2:00 p.m. until the time of her funeral services at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. John Ater, officiating.
