Shirley A. Petrella, 80, of Mingo Junction, Ohio passed away Tuesday February 19, 2019 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, Ohio.

She was born March 10, 1938 in Brilliant, Ohio, a daughter of the late Delbert and Gladys A. (Wells) Dunn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Tilton.

Shirley retired in 1991 after working for 20 years at the former Harts in Wintersville, where she was the manager of the snack bar and head clerk in automotive. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church and an avid Green Bay Packers Fan.

Surviving are her husband Riggie P. Petrella, whom she married April 21, 1990; and two brothers, Thomas G. Dunn of Steubenville, OH and Paul M. Dunn of Tamarac, FL.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral services at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Fr. James M. Dunfee, officiating. Entombment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville, OH.
