Ruth K. Wagner, 84, of Mingo Junction, Ohio passed away peacefully Thursday September 1, 2016 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born January 6, 1932 in Mingo Junction, Ohio, a daughter of the late Oran R. and Pearl (Gallagher) Kamerer. In addition her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Wagner on Feb. 11, 2000; two brothers, Gerald and Oran J. Kamerer; and an infant granddaughter, Amanda Budash.

Ruth graduated from Mingo High School in 1949. She was a homemaker and she was also the Administrative Assistant at Wagner Printing where she worked alongside her husband. Ruth was a member of the Harmony United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star Labelle Chapter #414. She was also an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Pittsburgh Steeler Fan.

Surviving are a daughter, Beverly (Richard) Budash of Steubenville, OH; two sons, Douglas (Becky) Wagner of New Philadelphia, OH and Charles "Chuck" Wagner of Mingo Junction, OH; a brother, Roland (Clara) Kamerer of Twin Falls, Idaho; a sister, Lillian Criss of Mingo Junction, OH; a sister-in-law, Martha Kamerer of Mingo Junction, OH; sister-in-law and special companion, Nancy Kamerer of Mingo Junction, OH; four grandchildren, Eric (Sara) Budash, Brock (Maria) Budash, Courtney (Josh) Bracone and Laci (Andy) Buzzelli; and three great-grandchildren, Cayden Bracone, and Braxton and Brody Buzzelli.

Friends will be received on Tuesday September 6th from 4-8 p.m. at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, where her services will be held on Wednesday September 7th at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Sam Davis, officiating. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Mingo.
