Ronald L. "Ronnie" Reynard, 72, of Mingo Junction (Tarr Hill), Ohio passed away suddenly Thursday January 28, 2016 at home.

He was born October 18, 1943 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late Charles E. and Alma L. (Scott) Reynard. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles R. Reynard; and an infant son.

Ronnie graduated from Smithfield High School in 1962. He retired in 2005 from U.S. Filter inside Weirton Steel, where he was an A Operator. He was a member of the Riddles Run House of Prayer.

Surviving are his wife, Sarah (Criss) Reynard, whom he married on, October 17, 1973; seven children, Tammie Neurohr of Mingo Junction, Debbie Ferrari of Pennsylvania, Elaine (Greg) Siler of Wintersville, OH, Denise (Mark) Himes of Bolivar, OH, Beth (Denny) Roe of Amsterdam, OH, Ronda Hague of New Alexandria, OH, and Desse (Delilah) Reynard of Mingo Junction, OH; a sister, Sherry (Jim) Matthews of Smithfield, OH; sixteen grandchildren, Matthew Ferrari, Nicholas and Nathan Donohue, Leah (Tyler) Herron, Lindsay (Ryan) Pisony, Jacob and Andrew Liston, Douglas, Shane and Brandon Mazure, Dylan Reynard, James, Julia and Lydia Hague, Dakota and Malaki Reynard; four step grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, Logan and Albert Pisony.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, Ohio 43913 on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until the time of his funeral services at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Jack Jackson, officiating. Private interment at Greenwood Cemetery in Hopedale, Ohio.
