Ronald A. Jaros, 75, of New Alexandria, OH, passed away suddenly Saturday March 25, 2017 at home.

He was born February 6, 1942 in New Alexandria, OH, the son of the late James J. and Mary (Gron) Jaros. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father-in-law, Louis Kovach, Jr.

Ron retired in 1997 from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp., where he was a motor inspector. He graduated from Brilliant High School in 1960 and served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was Catholic by Faith.

Surviving are his wife, Carole (Stewart) Jaros, whom he married January 4, 1964; two brothers, Robert (Aimee) Jaros of Wintersville, OH and James (the late Helen) Jaros of Hot Springs, AR; his mother-in-law, Lillian Kovach of Brilliant, Ohio; three nephews, Eric (Liz) Jaros, Todd (Lisa) Jaros, and Brian (Janet) Jaros; a niece, Cindy (Scott) Graves; and several close cousins.

In following with Ron's wishes viewing and services will be held at the convenience of the family at Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant. Interment at New Alexandria Cemetery.
