Robert L. "Bob" Hague, 82, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Thursday September 17, 2020, in the Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH.

He was born October 8, 1937 in Zanesville, OH, a son of the late James F. and Lillie I. (Church) Hague. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Geneva M. "Kitty" (Westfall) Hague; four brothers, Charles, James, William and Rance Hague; and a sister, Bonnie County.

Bob retired in 1997 from the Mingo Water Department. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of the VFW 10698 in Mingo Junction and the Steubenville American Legion Post 33. Bob enjoyed hunting for squirrel and taking care of 29 acres of property that belonged to his brother.

Surviving are a step-son, Douglas (Joanne) Thorne of Steubenville, OH; a step-daughter, Sarah Reynard of Mingo Junction, OH; seven grandchildren, Megan (Tim) Roberts, Richard (Erin) Thorne, Elaine (Greg) Siler,  Denise (Mark) Himes, Beth (Denny) Roe, Ronda Hague and Desse Reynard; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received on Sunday from 3-7 p.m. at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction where his funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Jack Jackson, officiating. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery with military honors by the Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad.
