Robert L. "Bob" DelGallo, 90, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Saturday December 13, 2025 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

He was born August 22, 1935 in Mingo Junction, OH, a son of the late Alpitio and Elizabeth (Masterlasco) DelGallo. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Anita (DiLoreto) DelGallo on December 29, 2020; and a brother Tom DelGallo.

Bob retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp in 1998 where he was an instrument repairman. He was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church; the Mingo Knights of Columbus, Council #4361; the Steubenville American Legion Post 33; and a member of the former Knights of Pythias in Mingo Junction.

Surviving are two daughters, Kara (Michael) Weinman of McDonald, PA and Denise Witt and her companion JR Battista of Wheeling, WV; a son, Chris DelGallo of Columbus, OH; a brother, Gerald DelGallo of Mingo Junction, OH; three sisters, Jackie Leas of Mingo Junction, OH, Rosalie (Tom) Manion of Bellville, OH and Kathy (David) Boyd of Mingo Junction, OH; a sister-in-law, Bernie DelGallo of Mingo Junction, OH; three grandchildren, Kristen (Nate) Fulkman, Matthew Weinman and Emily Witt; and a great-grandson, Everett Fulkman.

Friends will be received for a memorial visitation on Thursday from 3pm to 7pm at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, OH. There will be a vigil service at 6:45 p.m. and military honors by the Ohio Valley Veterans Squad at 7:00 p.m.

On Friday friends will be received at St. Agnes Catholic Church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of his Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10:00 a.m.  with Rev. Fr. James M. Dunfee, celebrant. Private entombment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Steubenville, OH.
