Obituary
Rita K. Welch, 65, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed away Monday June 10, 2019 at Villa Vista Nursing Home in Steubenville, OH.
She was born September 14, 1953, in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Clifford and Josephine (Petrick) Welch.
Rita worked in the office at the former Scott Lumber in Steubenville. She was also a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church.
Surviving are a sister, Carol (the late Jack) Howard and two brothers, Edward (the late Geraldine) Welch and Robert (Judy) Welch all of Mingo Junction, OH.
Private services were held at St. Agnes Catholic Church and burial followed at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville. Memorial contributions may be directed to St. Agnes Catholic Church, 204 St. Clair Ave., Mingo Junction, OH 43938.
