Raymond C. "Ray" Sullivan, 60, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Friday April 25, 2025 at home.
He was born December 29,1964 in Steubenville, OH a son of the late Jack "Bugsy" and Nancy (Mackey) Sullivan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Brenda Robinett and Debbi Shamanski.
Ray was a member of the Brilliant Sons of the American Legion. He was a former member of the Brilliant Christian Church. Ray was a very kind, generous and loyal person. He was always there to help anyone in need at any time of the day. He also rang the bell for the Salvation Army.
Surviving are his fiancé, Christopher Orgovan-Maglione of Steubenville, OH; three brothers, Robert "Bob" (Paula) Sullivan of Toronto, OH, Richard "Rick" (Cindy) Sullivan of Akron, OH and Todd (Lauren) Sullivan of Cleveland, OH; many nieces and nephews; and his many friends at the Rainbow Unicorn.
Friends will be received on Saturday May 3rd at the Wheeler Funeral Home 712 Third St., Brilliant, OH, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. There will be a service by the Brilliant Sons of the American Legion at 1:00 p.m. Private burial at New Alexandria Cemetery.
