Raymond R. "Ray" Fox, 85, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed away Monday June 12, 2017 at home.

He was born July 19, 1931 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Okey and Helen (Wade) Fox. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia L. (Gordon) Fox.

Ray retired in 1991 from Weirton Steel Corp, where he was an engineer on the train. He served his country in the U.S. Naval Reserve and was Presbyterian by Faith. He was a member of the Steubenville Pilgrim Masonic Lodge #691 and enjoyed playing cards.

Surviving are two sons, Kevin A. Fox and Gordon R. "Gordie" Fox; a daughter, Lynn (Norman) Buchanan; a grandson, Shane Buchanan; and three great-grandchildren, Khloe, Evan and Owen Buchanan, all of Mingo Junction, OH.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Oakland Cemetery in Mingo Junction, OH.

Memorial contributions may be directed in Ray's memory to Mingo First United Presbyterian Church, 650 McLister Ave., Mingo Junction, Ohio 43938.
