Ranell M. "Nell Bell" Kitchen, 39, of Mingo Junction, Ohio passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday September 5, 2016 at home.

She was born June 22, 1977 in Steubenville, Ohio the only daughter of Linda (Horner) Diequez of Winterville, Ohio and Randee Diequez of Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Fred R. Horner.

Ranell was a custodian for ISS in the Pittsburgh International Airport and she was the union steward for the 32BJ Union. She enjoyed playing games on her computer.

She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and momall, and will be missed by many. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Walter Kitchen, whom she married on July 7, 2012; a daughter, Tabitha Diequez and her boyfriend Shane Jenkins of Mingo Junction, OH; two grandsons, Michael and Caleb Jenkins; her step-father, Arthur Prevost of Mingo Junction, OH: an aunt, Debra (Greg) Deuley of East Liverpool, Ohio; an uncle, Fred, A. "Butch" Horner, Jr. of Wintersville, Ohio; four cousins, Kristie Dueley, Nicole, Ashley and Justin Horner; and her best friend, Dana Barton of East Liverpool, Ohio.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. Private graveside services will be held at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens in Follansbee, WV.
