Perry M. Fletcher, 86, of Brilliant, Ohio, passed away Thursday November 23, 2017 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH.

He was born April 20, 1931 in Middlebourne, WV a son of the late Shirl and Sarah Margaret (Richmond) Fletcher Williamson. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-father, Floyd Williamson; two brothers, Roy and Frank Fletcher; and two sisters, Betty Rymer and Emma Hammel.

Perry was the owner of the former Fletcher Building and Remodeling. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Surviving are his wife, Ruth (Randolph) Fletcher, whom he married September 13, 1975; a son, Fred M. (Mary) Fletcher of New Cumberland, WV; a step-son, Floyd W. (Lorie) Grandy of Mingo Junction, OH; a step-daughter, Linda (Lewis) Caldrone of Ft. Meyers, FL; two brothers, Ralph Fletcher of California; and Robert (Jackie) Fletcher of Bobtown, PA; a sister, Patsy (Richard) Hunt of Norwalk, CA; two grandchildren, Fred (Susan) Fletcher and Sherri (Oliver) Lenghorn; six great-grandchildren, Luis and Isabella Neer, Jackson and Madelyn Lenghorn, and Joseph and James Fletcher; and four step-grandchildren.
