Nancy L. Lenarz, 78, of Wintersville, OH, passed away Monday July 12, 2021 at the Country Club Manor in Steubenville, OH.

She was born January 14, 1943 in McKeesport, PA, a daughter of the late James F. "Frank" and Louise E. (Yost) O'Leary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Butler; a brother, James O'Leary; and three sisters, Pat White, Mary Jane Sorrell and Rose Marie Cramer.

Nancy was a homemaker and a member of Colonial Baptist Church in Wintersville where she sang in the choir. She enjoyed working crossword and sudoku puzzles and reading her bible.

Surviving are a son, Justin Butler of Wintersville, OH; a brother, George (Karen) O'Leary of Mingo Junction, OH; a sister, Jean Steadman of Tiltonsville, OH; special family friend, Mary Brandt of Wintersville, OH; and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m.  at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, OH, where her funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Randy Sells, officiating. Interment will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery.
