Nancy E. Gray, 75, of Youngstown, OH, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Monday September 18, 2023 at the O'Brien Memorial Health Care Center in Masury, OH.

She was born July 23, 1948 in Martins Ferry, OH, a daughter of the late George and Gwendolyn E. (Griffiths) Carter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. "Bud" Gray on October 22, 1999; a sister, Jane Hoge; and a grandson, Kristian Huss.

Nancy was a homemaker who enjoyed crafts, journaling and her grand puppies.

Surviving are two daughters, Charlotte (Samuel) Djubek of Youngstown, OH and Rebecca (Charles) Huss of Hudson, IN; two sisters, Susan (Bruce) Mihelarakis of Adena, OH and Rosie (Blair) Lyseski of China Grove, NC; four grandchildren, Dakota and Ronnie Djubek and Joshua and Kaleb Huss; two step-grandchildren, Johnathon (Alexis) Huss and Storm Singleton; and a great-granddaughter, Sophia Singleton.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, OH, on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. John Ater, officiating. Interment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery in Rayland, OH.
