Obituary

Mary Agnes "Aggie" Bradley, 86, of Mingo Jct., Ohio, passed away peacefully on Sunday March 8, 2026 at her home with her family by her side.

She was born March 28, 1939, the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Frances (Petrick) Flanigan.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph "Joe" Flanigan and her sister, Margaret "Meg" Giovannone.

Mary was a 1957 graduate of Catholic Central High School where she met her husband, Denis "Denny" Bradley.  They were married on January 10, 1959.  Mary loved being with friends and family, traveling to Ireland, Myrtle Beach, Pittsburgh Pirates Spring Training in Bradenton, FL and visiting family around the country.  She enjoyed nature, gardening, home decorating and sports but more than anything, Mary was a devoted and loving wife and mother.  She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Mingo.

Mary's surviving family members include her husband of 67 years, Denis Bradley; three daughters, Beth Schmitt (Fred) of Frisco, TX, Jan Bradley of Imperial, PA, and Megan Weddle (Rod) of Flower Mound, TX; one brother, Dennis Flanigan (June) of Dayton, OH; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at St. Agnes Catholic Church on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 1:00 p.m. with Fr. James M. Dunfee, celebrant. Private inurnment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville, OH.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made in Mary's memory to either St. Agnes Catholic Church, 204 St. Clair Ave., Mingo Junction, OH 43938 or Steubenville Catholic Central High School, 320 Westview Ave, Steubenville, OH 43952.

Arrangements were entrusted to Wheeler Funeral Homes, Mingo Junction.
