Martha R. "Marty" Morgan, 74, of New Alexandria, OH, passed away Monday January 5, 2026, at the Laurels of Steubenville.

She was born August 12, 1951 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Andrew and Nettie (Williams) Carpenter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Martha was a healthcare provider at the Stanton Group Home in Smithfield, OH. She enjoyed spending time with her family; and she put everyone else's needs above her own. She loved watching sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys.

Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Timothy M. Morgan; three children, Timothy A. Morgan of New Alexandria, OH, Tina (Bert) Turmel of Empire, OH and Matt (Sam) Morgan of Mingo Junction, OH; three grandchildren, Cory (Cynthia) Morgan, Jesse Risdon and his companion Paige Tharp and Tessa Morgan; and five great-grandchildren.
