Martha S. Rasko VanKirk, 88, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away April 24, 2024 at Hospice of the Valley in Phoenix, AZ,

She was born February 22, 1936 in Mingo Junction, Ohio, a daughter of the late Elden R. and Florence A. (Fry) Hope. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Richard Rasko, Sr.; a son, Joseph Richard Rasko, Jr.; and a sister, Norma Yenchochic.

Martha was a member of the Mingo First United Presbyterian Church and she loved a good game of Yahtzee.

Surviving are two sons, Gregory Scott (Celina) Rasko of Phoenix, AZ and Christopher Shawn (Kelli) Rasko of Glbert, AZ; two daughters, Brenda (Vince) VanKirk Carroll of Phoenix, AZ and Lisa Rasko of Phoenix, AZ; nine grandchildren, Vini Carroll, Jeremy Carroll, Hope Carroll, Ashley Carroll, Scott (Brianna) Rasko, Jr., Gage (Ryanne)  Rasko, Samantha (Haileigh) Rasko, Kaydee Rasko and Grace Rasko; and seven great-grandchildren, Katie, Skylar, Breanna, Phoenix, Oaklee, Baylor and Charlie.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday October 12th at Noon at Oakland Cemetery in Mingo Junction with Rev. Dr. Vaughn Foster, officiating.
