Marlene M. Boka, 83, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed away Saturday October 17, 2020 at the Hennis Care Center in Dover, OH.

She was born December 13, 1936, in Mingo Junction, Ohio, the daughter of the late Michael and Ruby (DeVore) Boka.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant twin sister, Darlene Faye Boka.

Marlene worked at the Starlight workshop in Dover, OH and loved music and dancing. She was a former member of the St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church. Surviving are her brother, Michael (Mary Louise) Boka of Mingo Junction, OH; a sister, Dolores (Craig) Kirshner of Mt. Vernon, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Tuesday at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at noon, with Fr. James M. Dunfee, officiating. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Mingo Junction.
