M. Patricia "Pat" Richards, 81, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Sunday March 12, 2023 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

She was born August 10, 1941 in Steubenville, a daughter of the late George and Anna (Washel) Raska. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gene T. Richards; a brother, Nicholas Raska; a sister, Anna Mae Maffioli; a half-brother, George Toma; a half-sister, Helen (Andreozzi) Toma; a niece, Judy (Andreozzi) Schoor; and a nephew, Harry Toma.

Pat was a longtime employee of the Hub in Steubenville and a member of St. Andrew Orthodox Church in Mingo. She was a proud graduate of Steubenville High School. She was an avid fan of the Big Red football team. During their home games, she was a friendly face at the ticket counter where she worked for many years.

Surviving are a sister-in-law, Joanne (Valuska) Gorney of Mingo Junction, OH; and many nieces and nephews, including Jeri Raska of Ft. Myers, FL, Sandi (Andreozzi) Wisher of Steubenville, OH, Linda (Andreozzi) Duco, Donna Ann (Maffioli) Walters and Gary Michael Maffioli all of Wintersville, OH.

In following with Pat's wishes there will be no services. Private burial at St. Andrew Cemetery.
