Lillian C. "Lil" Parmenter, 88, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Saturday December 26, 2020 at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville.

She was born March 12, 1932 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Frank and Jessie (Orsini) Cilli. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. "Bob" Parmenter on March 21, 2008; two brothers, Dominic and Tony Cilli; and three sisters, Ann Wargacki, Mary Kucer and Jean Grishkevich.

Lil was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church and the Catholic Womens Club at the church. She was also a member of the Mingo Senior Center. She enjoyed bowling, boot scooting, playing the piano and in her younger days she enjoyed playing tennis.

Surviving are two daughters, Cheryl Adams of Steubenville, Ohio and Cheryl's companion Ed Giacchino of Weirton, WV and Susan (Thomas) Francis of Akron, OH; two grandsons, Michael (Ania) Francis and Kevin Francis; and two great-grandchildren, Aurora and Andrew Francis.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic there will be no services. Private entombment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
