Kirsten L. "Ladybug" Moore, 30, of Martins Ferry, OH, formerly of Empire, OH, passed away unexpectedly Saturday September 28, 2024 in the emergency room at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, OH.

She was born March 7, 1994 in Steubenville, OH. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Janice K. Moore and her maternal grandfather, Sam Morris.

Kirsten graduated from Indian Creek High School in 2012. She was a nanny for various families in the area. She attended Rosemont Chapel. Ladybug enjoyed playing board games and card games. She loved to make everyone smile and she never met a stranger. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Dakota. She was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Surviving are her father, Charles (Erica) Moore of Wintersville, OH; her mother, Vanessa (Morris) Moore and her companion, Roy Moorehead; her fiancé Steve Green of Martins Ferry, OH; a sister, Savannah Moore and her boyfriend Jordan Loya of Pittsburgh, PA; a step-brother, Brian Orin of Wintersville, OH; paternal grandfather, Dave (Beverly) Moore of Empire, OH; maternal grandmother, Diane Morris of Mingo Junction, OH; a special niece, Emily Morris; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, OH on Saturday October 5th from 4:00 p.m. the time of her funeral service at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Raymond Cooper, officiating.
