Kim E. Brown, 68, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away peacefully in her sleep Sunday July 21, 2024 at home.

She was born January 5, 1956 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late James Fellows and Pat (McConnell) Fellows of Mingo Junction, OH.

Kim was a homemaker and she enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Richard L. Brown; three children, Jacki Brown, Jason Brown and Jeremy Brown and his companion Ashley Everhart, all of Mingo Junction, OH; a brother, Randy (Tami) Fellows of Tennessee; two sisters, Jamie (Kenny) Paulman of East Springfield, OH and Wendy (Trent) Mayle of Mingo Junction, OH; and six grandchildren, Ean Devore, Kailyn Devore, Emma Brown, Cameron Everhart, Adalyn Everhart, and Rylee Brown.
