Kathy L. Miller, 67, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Sunday April 12, 2026 at Brightwood Center in Follansbee, WV.

She was born September 3, 1958, in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Charles T. “Dick” and Maxine J. (Phelps) Emery. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John D. Miller, Jr. on Dec. 7, 2010; a brother, Charles R. Emery; a sister, Joyce O’Leary; and two grandchildren, Christa Lynn and Lillian Rose.

Kathy was a homemaker and she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Surviving are her son, Andrew Miller and his fiancé April Taylor of Mingo Junction, OH; two daughters; two sisters, Janet Findlay and Sandy Grazier; and twelve grandchildren.

In following with Kathy’s wishes there will be no services.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to help the family with her cremation expenses.
