Katherine F. "Kathy" Cook, 69, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Tuesday October 18, 2016 in the emergency room at Trinity Medical Center West.

She was born January 17, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Orison; and a brother, Richard Warrick.

Surviving are two daughters, Tina (Jim) Tolbert of Columbus, Ohio and Rebecca Kennedy and her fiancé Joe LeMay of Louisville, Ohio; four grandchildren, Wendy (Steve) Vargo, Crystal Hamilton and her fiancé Derek Lucas, Matthew (Laurin) Saxton and Willie (Kelsey) Saxton; eight great-grandchildren, Jacob Hedjuk, William, Dakota, Kenzee, and Damion  Hamilton, Ariana, McKenzie and Zaden Saxton; a sister-in-law, Linda Warrick of Brilliant, Ohio; and a niece, Gina (Jim) Moore of Glen Dale, WV.

In following with Kathy's wishes she was cremated and private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
