Karen A Oiler, 59, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away peacefully Thursday March 23, 2023 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH, with her loving husband by her side.

She was born August 16, 1963 in Swartz Creek, MI, a daughter of the late Richard and Cletta (Hebner) Valentine.

Karen was a homemaker and a huge Michigan Wolverine's Fan.

Surviving are her husband, Brian K. Oiler, whom she married June 2, 2000; three children, Samantha Bilyou of Pougkeepsie, NY, Kimberly Gary and her fiancé William "Buck" Carothers of Wintersville, OH and Ethan Knight of Mingo Junction, OH; six grandchildren, Jacob and Tray Bilyou, Aubrie, Kenzie, Jaxen and Jase Carothers; and two brothers, Cary Valentine and Kevin Valentine both of Raleigh, NC.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, OH on Sunday from 12-2 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. and also on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Randy Sells, officiating. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery in Steubenville, OH.
