Joyce E. Hickle, 71, of Rayland, OH, formerly of Steubenville, OH, passed away Tuesday October 24, 2023 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

She was born November 22, 1951 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Thomas J. and Ruth (Smith) Bell.

Joyce retired from Kroger Company where she worked for many years.

Surviving are a son, Neal (Sherrie) Hickle of Steubenville, OH; a daughter, Marcy Keenan of Wintersville, OH; six granddaughters, Stephanie (Curtis) Keenan, Taylor Keenan, Crystal (Miles) Hoover, Brittany (Brent) Hoover, Jessie (George) Hoover and Sophie Keenan; and twelve great-grandchildren, Thomas, Isabella, Landon, A'nezmae, Theodore, Peyton, Aydin, Dominic, Winter, Addalynne, William and Layla.

In following with Joyce's wishes there will be no services.
