JoAnn "Josie" Glauser, 89, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday February 1, 2023 in the Country Club Manor, Steubenville, OH.

She was born September 25, 1933 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late William and Josephine (Buzzard) Macpherson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gil; an infant son, John C. Allen; an infant grandson, Jonathan Allen; and a sister, Carol Bonar.

Josie was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

Surviving are two sons, Jon (Tracy) Allen and Rick Allen; two brothers, Bill (Flor) Macpherson and Chuck (Linda) Macpherson; a sister, Cathy (David) DiBartolomeo; three grandchildren, Ricky Allen, Jennifer Million and Kristen Pietz; and six great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Thursday February 23rd from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her memorial mass at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Nicholas Ginnetti, celebrant. Private inurnment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
