Jessica F. "Jessie" Cerra, 54, of Mingo Junction, Ohio, formerly of Wintersville, OH, passed away Wednesday April 24, 2019 in the Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born April 20, 1965 in Loudon, TN. Jessie was truck driver for Schneider and an active member of The Lords Community Church in East Liverpool, OH.

Surviving are her mother, Sarah (McCulloch) Caldwell of Columbiana, OH; three children, Russell (Mareen) Walsh of Richmond, OH, Daniel Walsh of Follansbee, WV and Stephanie (Tim) Mattern of Mingo Junction, OH; and six grandchildren, Brandi and Lester Gajtka, Silvia Walsh and Michael, Gage and Xander Walsh.

Friends will be received to celebrate Jessie's life at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, on Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of her funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jamiel Radman, officiating.
