Jason Orville Davis, 42, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Saturday December 23, 2017 at home.

He was born June 28, 1975 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late Mildred E. (Keeder) Davis and Robert N. Davis of Mingo Junction.

Jason was a laborer and he enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing the guitar. He also enjoyed setting up firework displays. He was an active member of G.K.L. Wildlife Association.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Angela (Beresick) Davis whom he married June 30, 2012; a son, Zack Davis of Mingo Junction, OH; a brother, Mark Davis of Steubenville, OH; and three sisters, Terri Clevenger of Steubenville, OH, Judy (Lewis) Hopkins of Steubenville, OH and Kathi Delp of Du Bois, PA.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, where his funeral services will take place on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Proya, officiating.  Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Mingo Junction.
