Heidi V. Bailey Caldwell, 41, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Monday August 9, 2021 at home after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born November 14, 1979 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter James M. Bailey of Brilliant, OH and Regina M. (Staymate) Bailey of Tiltonsville, OH.

Heidi was a homemaker and a mother. She was also a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary Bellaire Chapter #117.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Matthew Caldwell, whom she married July 10, 2004; five children, Katelinn Bailey, Candace Bailey, Donald Caldwell, Matthew Caldwell, all of Brilliant, OH and Cristal Kirkland of Brownsville, PA; three brothers, Jimmy Bailey of Mingo Junction, OH, Ben (Sandra) Bailey of Yorkville, OH and Erik Bailey of Brilliant, OH; a sister, Tammy (Kevin) Frazer of Brilliant, OH; and one grandchild on the way.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant, OH on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. and also on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Todd Miller, officiating. Interment will follow at New Alexandria Cemetery.
