Heather L. Roe, 44, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2026, at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

She was born August 21, 1981, in Steubenville, OH and was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Zinn.

A 1999 graduate of Buckeye Local High School, Heather cherished time spent with her granddaughters, Octavia and Oaklyn.

Surviving are her husband, Lawrence G. “Larry” Roe, III; her mother, Saundra “Sandy” (Kish) Zinn of Dillonvale, OH; a son, Dayne Zinn and his fiancé Steph Richards of Dillonvale, OH; a daughter, Shayla Zinn and her fiancé Jeff Lucas of Rayland, OH; two granddaughters, Octavia Zinn and Oaklyn Zinn; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In following with Heathers wishes she was cremated with no services observed.
