Gloria J. "Glory" Caldwell, 65, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Sunday November 10, 2019 at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville, OH.

She was born April 30, 1954 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Robert Fields and Emma Louise (Scott) Fields Goga. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald R. "Donnie" Caldwell, Jr.

Gloria retired in the fall of 2012 from Trinity Medical Center East where she was a nurses aide for over 30 years. She was a member of the Brilliant First United Methodist Church and enjoyed crocheting.

Surviving are a daughter, Amy (Justin) Coe of Brilliant, OH; two sisters, Sue (the late Mickey) Kramer of Martins Ferry, OH and Sally (Randy) Brown of Summitville, OH; two step-sons, Ryan (Susanne) Caldwell of Steubenville, OH and Matthew (Heidi) Caldwell of Brilliant, OH; six grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 712 Third St., Brilliant on Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of her funeral service at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. John Ater, officiating. Private inurnment at New Alexandria Cemetery.
