Gayle D. Denard, 77, of Wheeling WV, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Saturday March 8, 2025.

She was born May 8, 1947 in Wheeling WV, a daughter of the late Paul C. And Rosemarie (Gallagher) Reinbeau. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Thomas Joseph 'T.J.' Denard; a brother, Dan Reinbeau; and a daughter-in-law, Lura Gear.

Gayle was a homemaker and an active member of the Wheeling Park Boosters for over 35 years. A dedicated baseball mom, Gayle was the first female head baseball coach in the Warwood Redbirds Association. In her younger years, Gayle poured her creativity into crafting and ran her own business, 'Gayle's Yard Accents'. Gayle was also a devoted Steeler fan who never missed a game!

Surviving are her two sons, Shawn Denard of Wheeling WV and Paul (Jennifer) Denard of Wheeling WV; a daughter in-law, Paula Denard of Wheeling WV; five grandchildren, Nena Denard, Paul Denard Jr, Chase Bartsch, Vanessa Hicks and Brayden Hicks; a great-granddaughter, Thea Edgel; and her beloved pets, Coco and Dixie.
