Floyd E. DiBerardino, 85, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Thursday August 6, 2020 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

He was born November 19, 1934 in Steubenville, OH a son of the late Antonio and Carmella (Bernabei) DiBerardino. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Doris (Dawson) DiBerardino on February 25, 2015 and a brother, Raymond DiBerardino. In his younger years Floyd was an underwater welder, worked odd jobs and enjoyed Boxing.

Surviving are five children, Sharon Diamond and Carmen (Steven) Waggoner, both of Toronto, OH, Allen and Anthony DiBerardino, both of Steubenville, OH and Joseph DiBerardino of Mingo Junction, OH; a sister, Sandra (Edwin) Takach of Steubenville, OH; three grandchildren, Dan (Sarah) Diamond, Nick Diamond and Lisa (Donald) Shamp; and a great-granddaughter, Ella Diamond.

Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, on Monday from 5-8 p.m. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
